At the Ohio College Republican Federation, our mission is to foster educational and career opportunities for students by providing access to resources, mentorship, and networking that support their growth and development. The OCRF State Board is comprised of smart, driven, and some of the most politically enthusiastic students across Ohio. Each member brings invaluable experiences and expertise to further the mission of the College Republicans.

Spencer Mandzak

State Chairman

Spencer is a senior at Miami University studying public administration with a minor in history. He is also the program director for the College Republicans of America Executive Board.

Bobby Gerome

State Vice-Chairman

Bobby is a senior at John Carroll University studying marketing and supply chain management with a minor in entrepreneurship. He is also Ohio's representative on the College Republicans of America Board of Governors.

Walter Waligura

State Treasurer

Walter is a senior at The Ohio State University majoring in international affairs. Walter served as U.S. Congressman Mike Carey's political director in the 2024 election.

Gabe Guidarini

State Communications Director

Gabe is a junior at the University of Dayton, serving as president of their College Republican chapter. Additionally, he has served as acting president for College Republicans of America.

Claire Houchin

Northern Regional Director

Claire is a senior at Ashland University majoring in political science. In addition to her role on the state board, she serves as the chairman of Ashland's College Republican chapter.

Parliamentarian

David is a senior at Marietta College majoring in strategic communications.

He has also worked on the U.S. Senate races for J.D. Vance and Bernie Moreno while being President of the Marietta College Republicans.
